Graphic for Dainese Ski Helmet 2009
graphic Graphic for Dainese Ski Helmet I’ve designed some graphic for the Dainese collection of ski helmet, at Changed. Here I am showing a pair of different style, the one on the left is more aggressive and near to the racing mood, the one on the right is more funny and connected to the freestyle world.
graphic Sense Logo for Dainese Jacket 2009
graphic Sense Logo for Dainese Jacket 2009 During my internship at Change Design in Venice, I have worked for some logos to be sticked inside some ski jacket for remember what each pocket was design for. The first approch was connected to what the pocket may contain, but after we found they were more intuitive connect the use with the sense related.

T-Shirt Leica M6 Somebody said “The film camera are dead, now it is the moment of the digital photography!. It is true that is the moment of the digital photography now, but the film camera aren’t dead yet!! I take the best and most popular camera of the world, and I tried to make a simple linear design that had to be printed on t-shirts to keep our hearts near to the best camera ever.

Ipod Dock 2008
Ipod Dock This dock for Ipod is one of my personal works I made for me; I was looking for a simple dock of natural wood in a very simple shape. For this reason I decided to design this little dock for having my ipod on my desk. It is made of a single piece of larix machine and hands worked. Inside there is the original apple connector, so you can sync and charge your ipod with it.

Preview 2008
Preview This is my first product’s project that I made during the 3D Design Lab. at IUAV. It is the project of a video entry-phone called “Preview”. For this reason we adopted a linear shape, big buttons, easy symbols on them, a slim receiver and nothing else. It was only a model but it seemed to ring for me.

product Changed Bike 2009 On the end of the my internship at Change Design in Venice, it was asked to me to design a frame for the bike of the studio. They were looking for a easy to use, strong and nice bike to use from the train station to the studio. I started from the geometry of the frame and the section of the tube and after I spent a long time to choose the right components.

Turbo Wing 2010
Turbo Wing During the course of boad design at IUAV, a pair of friends and I decided to project a little electric boat for the tourism in the lagoon of Venice. One important thing for us were to make the boat really simply to sail from everyone, controlled by a joystick with intuitive movements. We’ve worked on this project from the hull to the tent, and from the interior to the propulsion system with four electric motors.

Paper Lamp 2010
Paper Lamp Lamp made only of paper during a workshop about paper and led, I’ve had at IUAV last summer. I used only nine led a battery and some resistors. I’ve decide to use the cardbord to put the wire inside of it and after to make the strip of paper move like a desk lamp. The result is a very nice lamp you can leave in your desk or near your bed, it can diffuse a very bright light and also a smooth one.

Allaround 2010
Allaround This is a modular lamp with led and battery, it is made of alluminium and glass. The concept was to create a lamp made of many little tubes connected for compose the shape that you prefer and choose the quantity of light by the number of these tubes. Each piece of the lamp has inside a pair of led and nothing more, one other component by some superficial contact give the electricity to the whole lamp.

This is table lamp I’ve designed during a collaboration between Officina ClaDis and OSRAM. The idea was to develope some new lamps for the contract and for the home-office. My first project is this lamp with all the electronics inside the alluminium base and the plexiglass tube bended for transport and diffuse the light.

44 cm
I’ve decided to use the cylinder of plexyglass because it transport the light like a pipe and with some right cut in the surface you can regulate how much light came out. The shape of the plexiglass look like the designer has bended the light to the right direction. The stand base is made of alluminium alloy for enhanced the cooling process of the light emitter that became warm during the use.

This is table lamp I’ve designed during a collaboration between Officina ClaDis and OSRAM. Is another desk lamp with the same alluminium alloy stand base of the one before, here the plexiglass is straight and on the top there is a reflector made of sanded alluminium. In the base there are the same electric parts, is possible to move the top reflector for tune the light direction.

Paper House for Birds 2010
Paper House for Birds This is a project I’ve made for a contest about, ecohouse for birds. I designed this little tiny house around some recicled paper, I was looking for a natural shape so I chosen the drop shape. After this I started to make some prototipe of compressed paper and wood glue, the result is this micro house for birds. I added the stick of wood for give to the birds a place where take the sun.

Nothing LUCEPLAN by Francisco Gomez Paz
I have been involved for one year and half in the development of Nothing lamp, working mostly on electronics solutions and sheet metal layout, making many of the prototypes. An extremely conceptual design that takes LEDs back to their essence: ‘little nothings’, but capable of lighting up our spaces. Calling this object a ‘lamp’ might seem strange. Nothing is a piece of aluminium sheet with electronic circuits and: a very thin laser-cut flat surface, developed through a complex process of mathematical elaboration.
