Spring 2019 Connect+Ability
The CONNECT + ABILITY newsletter is emailed to clients in our Care Coordination program, vendors/organization we collaborate with, Warm Springs Foundation Board Members, and Warm Springs Foundation grantees. The community we serve are people who have sustained life altering injuries/events which include but are not limited to traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputations and Stroke. The newsletter is also circulated to individuals who live with other physical disabilities that attend support groups hosted at CONNECT +ABILITY.
