Health Headquarters Scattered across the dense concrete city, lies pocket of parks breaking free from the jungle of towers and high rises. This is what th epeople were most gravitated to, where life bloomed. The concept of the speculative tower was to bring the park acpects into the core providing similar lifesyle within the tower itself with the conditioned spaces surrounding it creating an opportunity of pause between the isolated spaces.

Connecting South Harbour island and mainland tampa, the piloti standing structure acts as a mediator of familaiar typology to allow for recipricating activities to be shared. Harbour island lacked what down town had, crowd gathering event location such as the tampa bay times fourm building and the imidiate park at the shore. Downtown area needed much of the urban setting of the island with its calmer, intimate commercail space. Both sides would greatly benifit from a more acsesible way.
