Occupying the 19th-century State Buildings, COMO The Treasury is a contemporary luxury boutique hotel in Perth’s revitalized historic heart, offering international-standard luxury hospitality. Designed by Kerry Hill, restoration has revealed a grand Victorian-era façade with interiors that feature COMO’s trademark modern imprint. The collection of heritage buildings houses 48 elegantly appointed guest rooms and suites, with meeting and event spaces, a library and a COMO Shambhala wellness retreat with four treatment rooms. Dining offerings include rooftop restaurant Wildflower with a menu based on the indigenous six seasons, Italian osteria Post, and the home of COMO The Treasury’s celebrated afternoon tea, Cape Arid Rooms. These offerings are complemented by the State Building’s bespoke retail collective and extended dining options such as David Thompson’s Long Chim and the best of what’s fresh and local at Petition.
