2014 Media Solutions
The informational video will be broken into three different parts. ABC’s 123’s Shapes and Colors
Video
Each section will be a stand alone piece but should have the ability to tell the story of one cohesive message. This will be premiered on the AART YouTube channel and can then be embedded into other media channels.
Each page will have a larger donation button display as well as a promotional sponsor section.
Website
The Website will be the main landing point for much of the intended audience. The tabs or pages will be as follows: The Home (Landing) Page: This should be easy to decipher with promotional imagery and easy to read large text The About (History) Page: This will include the beginning of AART, and important events, and the current state of the organization The Calendar and Contacts Page: Easy to read because this will have most of the current info

Annual Report
This should be a transferable document between digital copy and printable materials. This can be easily distributed along with other informative materials.

This can be used as tools to insight opinions and inform a targeted audience of the organizations happenings and new decisions. Also to share pictures and the results of the events the organization puts on.
