Chief Master Sergeant Richard W. Skrabak is the Senior Enlisted Leader, Headquarters Air Force District of Washington (AFDW), Financial Management Directorate, Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. He advises the Air Force District of Washington’s Commanders and Comptrollers on all matters impacting 169 enlisted comptroller personnel to include manning, assignments and professional development throughout the National Capital Region and over 108 locations world-wide. Additionally, as the Senior Enlisted Leader, he also serves as an advisor to the Director, Financial Management and Comptroller on financial accounting, financial auditing, and financial systems support for the $23 billion worldwide portfolio of Headquarters Air Force and Air Force District of Washington tenants to include 36,000 military and civilian customers. Chief Skrabak entered active duty completing Basic Military Training in December 1992. He has served in financial management positions at direct reporting unit, field operating agency, wing, group, squadron and deployed locations. His assignments include bases in South Dakota, Oklahoma, Colorado and South Carolina. He has served overseas in South Korea, Japan and deployed in support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and INHERENT RESOLVE. Prior to assuming his current position, he served as the 20th Comptroller Squadron and Fighter Wing Staff Agencies Superintendent, Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina. Lieutenant Colonel Ned L. June currently serves as United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Joint Task Force (JTF) Special Reconnaissance and Enabling Command’s (SREC) Financial Management and Comptroller. Prior to his SREC assignment, he served as the Director, Financial Management and Comptroller for 9th Air Force, United States Air Forces Central Command (USAFCENT) component. He oversaw AFCENT’s $1.3B+ O&M Baseline and Overseas Contingency Operations budget for the HQ Staff at Shaw AFB and various sites in the Central Command (CENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR). Lt Col June was born in Sanford, FL. He graduated from Seminole High School in Sanford and received his commission as a Reserve Officer Training Corps graduate from Florida State University, Tallahassee, FL. He entered active duty in June 1997. Lt Col June has served in financial management positions at Wing, Major Command, Combatant Command, Component and deployed locations. He is married to the former Renee Sharice McCleary of Charleston, Missouri. They have two children: D’Asia (25) and Jeremiah (23).
