Start Smart Baseball teaches children the basic motor skills necessary to play organized tee ball, baseball and softball while they work one-on-one with their parents. Age cutoff is based on age on or before 1 April.

National Fine Arts Competition to be held 10 January.
The National Fine Arts Exhibit encourages artistic recognition of members ages 6-18 by displaying drawing, painting, printmaking, collage, mixed media, and sculpture at local and regional exhibits. A panel of distinguished judges will select works for inclusion in the National Fine Arts Exhibit, which is displayed at the BGCA National Conference.

Military members who are PCSing can reserve rooms at any time and stay up to 30 days if space is available. Space-A reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance, depending on the base occupancy; Space-A reservations for TLF can only be made up to 30 days in advance depending on the base occupancy. Rooms may be used for higher priority lodging guests as required by the Joint Base Andrews mission. In this event, guests will be referred to off base hotels; priority one guests will be given a letter of non-availability.
