ERIK CHRISTENSEN
Welcome our newest FSS family member, Chef Erik Christensen. Chef Erik comes to us from Oak Creek Golf Club in Upper Marlboro, MD. His culinary journey began at the age of 12. Watching culinary shows in lieu of cartoons. Later in life, he attended the International Culinary School in Tampa, FL. Family matters soon took over and his family moved to the Dover, DE area. Chef Erik was hired as the Executive Chef for The Landings Club on Dover AFB, where he wowed the base for 5 years. He now joins us here at Joint Base Andrews to bring his culinary knowledge and experience to our military and civilian personnel.

Making a Reservation
Military members who are PCSing can reserve rooms at any time and stay up to 30 days if space is available. Space-A reservations for VQ rooms and TLF can be made up to 30 days in advance depending on the base occupancy. Rooms may be used for higher priority lodging guests, as required by the Joint Base Andrews mission. In this event, guests will be referred to off base hotels. Priority one guests will be given a letter of non-availability.

OPERATION MEGAPHONE TEEN LOCK-IN 2020
24-25 April | 2100-0600 | Cost: $20 Teens ages 13-18 take over the Youth Center for an overnight fun-tastic event. Games, food, entertainment, challenges, teen discussions and more.

Register until 27 March. Program is open to dependents of military, DoD civilians, and base contractors. Programs include Start Smart Baseball for ages 3-4, Tee Ball ages 5-6, Machine Pitch for ages 7-8, and Youth Pitch for ages 9-12.
