April 11 | Writing Your First Resume | Youth Center | 1-2 P.M. An overview of writing a basic résumé for your first job, along with interviewing techniques.
April 11-15 | Teen 4H Babysitting Certification | Youth Center Cost: $30| 9 A.M. - 12 P.M. Familiarize teens with the responsibilities of babysitting and provide the necessary info for teens to become capable, caring, trustworthy and responsible babysitters.
April 12 | Bubble Extravaganza | CDCs/FCC/Youth Center Children will enjoy making bubble creations with wands outdoors.

April 13 | Intro to Saving | YC FB | Ages 13-17 1:00-1:30 P.M.
Learn basic money management skills with a 30-minute Zoom workshop designed especially for teens. Teens will learn how to earn it, save it and spend it wisely.
April 14th | MOMC Block Party | Outside Tactical Fitness 9 A.M. - 1 P.M. Enjoy a variety of activities hosted by the Tactical Fitness Center, including a 1 mile run/walk, arts and crafts with the CDC’s and fun bootcamp challenges with Youth Sports.
April 14-22 | Virtual LEGO Competition | Library FB

April 15: Purple Up Parade | Starts at 10 A.M.
Wear purple and come out to see the installation support vehicles and special guests, as they head to CDC 2. Parade can be seen on San Antonio Blvd between Madison and Richmond Dr. Want to participate in the parade? Decorate your vehicle and meet at Imagine Andrews at 9:45 a.m.

Day to represent the Colors of MOMC. Photos of families will be taken of each family and put on display at each center.

Learn about registering and preparing for college admissions tests, as well as credit-by-exam programs that can save you time and money.

April 25: My Little Buddy | CDCs/FCC/Youth Center | 1:30 P.M Each child will be given a cut-out person to decorate with their military affiliation and share the completed product. Older youth may choose to design their own cut out. Families in the community are can share their own creations on FB!
April 27 – Poems & Hearts | CDCs/FCC/Youth Center
Parents and children may write a poem about their life as a military child. Younger children can place their fingerprints or footprints on the heart. The purple heart notes will be posted on classroom doors and throughout the center.
