We are happy you picked the club and stand ready to help make your event a memorable one. Our menus include our most popular items and are value priced for members. If you prefer to customize a menu, our catering staff will be happy to work with you. Our experienced staff will offer suggestions and recommendations for themed parties and/or packages that will make your event unique. Featured in this packet are our traditional and most popular menu items. For “personal functions”, members receive the added benefit of a 10% “Members First” discount on all food purchases.

Room use fees are required for all meetings and conferences. Applicable room use fees are listed below. Room use fees cover setup, maintenance, linens, utilities and cleanup. Note: “Standard Setup” is left to the interpretation of management. If extensive setup is required, management will determine the fee based on what is being requested, cost may exceed the room use fee. *Tatum’s Lounge and Hangar One are not available for evening reservations. Banquet Room Specifications We have a variety of rooms at the club available for your special event. Our catering staff will assist you in choosing the appropriate banquet room for your function. Below is the chart for the maximum number of persons allowed in each banquet room. The maximum limits were set by the fire marshal in accordance with fire safety codes.

To execute a successful event, certain club policies are in place to insure quality, consistent service and exceptional, creative cuisine for our members. Please review the information below. Our catering staff will be happy to answer your questions about these guidelines. We look forward to serving you!
Off Base Publicity Except for base newspaper, the purchase of commercial advertisement in any civilian media to publicize a private or club-sponsored party is not permitted.
Food and Beverage You can bring items such as a wedding cake, military ceremonial cake or special event pastries into the club. Should you have any other requirements, please ask our catering staff. Additionally, for the safety of our members, all food and beverages will be consumed or disposed of in our club. No carry-outs will be allowed!
Guarantees To ensure the right quantities of items be on hand for your event, please provide your menu selection no later than 14 business days in advance. Three business days before the event, please advise us of the final number of guests to be served. Note, this number may decrease, however, not increase. We want to prepare sufficient food for the guaranteed number of attendees. We will work with the host on any changes required. The host is responsible for letting catering know the final guest count, not less than 100% of the final guaranteed number.
Payment Cash, personal check, bank draft, your club card or any commercial Visa or MasterCard is accepted payment for your event. Final payment is due 72 hours prior to the event. Members will receive a 10% discount on food purchases for THEIR personal function. The member signing the contract is responsible for the payment.
Multiple Entrées
The Club at Andrews
The club advises the use of color codes on luncheons and dinners where multiple entrées are offered. This practice expedites service and ensures each guest receives what they ordered. We will work with the host by providing suggestions on the number of entrée offerings and a color code for each that can be used by attendees. The use of colored name tags, place cards or tickets will help the servers distinguish which entrée to serve which guest. The host must provide the color codes that will be used. Split Menu: When a function is having more than one entrée for guests, an additional $2 per person will be charged each guest at the higher entrée. The same sides must be ordered for each guest (salad, starch, vegetable & dessert).
Pro Rata Forms For your convenience, we have pro rata forms you may use to prorate and charge individual club member accounts. For charges, please have the member sign beside their club card number. We would appreciate receiving the pro rata forms before the function or by 1000 hours on the following day after the function. Additionally, we ask for your assistance in ensuring that participants know the actual cost of meals and services being provided by the club. They should know of any costs above the amount required to cover non-club services.
GETTING STARTED The club will need some information to book your event, which you can provide in person. Please note only club members can book an event. Non-members do not receive this membership benefit. Please provide the following: -Host/Sponsor’s name -Address -Home and office phone numbers -Club card number/expiration date -Name of group/organization hosting the event -Approximate number of attendees -Serving time for cocktails and dinner Please make preliminary arrangements for date, time and location, as early as possible. Contract must be signed and final arrangements should be made in person within 5 days of your event.

Specialized Audio Visual, Vendor and Materials Guidelines *The club does not supply extension cords. Identify your needs to the catering office well in advance of the function so we can reserve the items for you. If any outside vendor delivers items to the club, they must coordinate with the catering office to get security clearance. If display or conference support materials are being shipped to the club, clearly label their boxes with the name of the function, host/sponsor name and date and “Deliver to the Catering Office”. Please notify the office of any special storage needs for rented/shipped items.
Announcement Signs On the date of your event, the name of your function and room location will be posted in the club.
Off-Site Catering Services The catering office will assist you in ordering your choices and help you with any additional needs.
Beverages We can provide a private bar for our guests. We have a “Designated Driver” program that provides free coffee, soda and juice to drivers you designate from your group. Club staff will stop serving alcohol to any individual they feel is intoxicated or nearing intoxication.
Party Bars There are two types of bars: “pay as you go” and “consumption bar”. There is a $100 sales guarantee per bar per hour. If your party does not meet this minimum, a charge of $75 per bar, per hour will be applied to cover bar labor. Three hour minimum bartender.
The Club at Andrews Cancellation A $300 non-refundable Cancellation Fee is required for all functions within 7 days from the initial booking with the exception of military functions.
General Information Our catering staff will assist you in all aspects of your important event and will guide you through the easy procedures from start to finish. The general guidelines below will give you a better understanding of how we operate in order to provide our membership with quality, consistent service and exceptional, creative cuisine. Non-Military Events There are restrictions on the use of the club by civic and civilian organizations. Should your organization fall into one of these categories and you would like to use the club, please provide the club manager with the information listed below. The club manager will work with the commander for a final decision. Name of organization Type of organization, i.e. civic, civilian, non-profit, etc. Purpose of the organization The type of event you wish to hold and approximate attendance If approved, please contact the catering office for details concerning available times and any applicable charges. Included in this document are room usage fees and guidelines to help you plan and stay within your event budget.
Meetings and Seminars We specialize in social events for members and their guests that contract for food and beverage services. Members and organizations who wish to use a room for a private meeting or seminar need to contact the catering office for details concerning available times and any applicable charges. The Club at Andrews Decorations All decorations, other than those provided by the club, are the responsibility of the host. To preserve the beauty of the club for all members and their guests, we request no nailing, tacking or taping to walls, ceilings or any other part of the club without the approval of club management. The host is financially responsible for any damages to the facility resulting from decoration installation, with the exception of place cards and some individual table decorations, all decorations must be fire resistant and meet the codes of the base fire marshal. Our catering staff will assist you in coordinating your decoration purchase in accordance with the fire codes. Please coordinate the time you plan to decorate your tables and room with the catering staff to insure there is no conflict with other functions.
Property, Liability and Damages Neither the club, nor the Air Force is liable for any loss or damage to merchandise, equipment or articles left in the facility prior to, during or following any event. The host/sponsor will be held liable for any losses or damages to the building, equipment, house decorations or fixtures belonging to the club/base caused by the host/sponsor or guests. Damage will be billed to the host/sponsor at market replacement cost plus labor.
Serving Time We pride ourselves in meeting serving times listed in your contract. If, for any reason, you need to delay the serving time, please advise the catering staff as soon as possible to insure the quality, taste and eye appeal of your meal. For meal service requests at otherthan-normal club operating hours, special pricing may apply. Management will work with you to identify those charges in advance and, if applicable, will clearly indicate the charges on your contract.
Open Bar-Consumption The host agrees to pay for all drinks served. Drinks are dispensed to the guests free of charge. A bar can be set up with a predetermined dollar amount or time limit. The dollar amount will be annotated in the contract. A register tab will be computed until the preset limit is reached. A 20% service charge is included for all in-house function bar totals. The host is responsible for assuring minors do not consume alcohol.
The Club at Andrews Guest Entrance through the Main Gate It is the responsibility of Security Forces to stop all vehicles before entry onto this installation. To help your guests get through the gate without delay or inconvenience, you are required to provide eleven copies of your guest list (alphabetized by last name, first name, date of birth and drivers license number/state) to either the club or directly to Security Forces. Every guest who does not have base access must be on the list, not just the driver of the vehicle. This list must be turned in to the catering office seven business days, Tuesday through Friday, prior to the date of the function. If you choose to provide your guest list directly to Security Forces, please contact them for further assistance. Your guests will have one half hour before the listed time of your event and the first hour of your event to clear the gate.
Service Charge A 20% service charge is included in the contract amount for Food & Beverage for all functions.
Telephone and Fax Needs The club’s house telephone (if available) can dial anywhere on base and may be available for local toll free calls. Other than in emergencies, conference and function guests are not paged for telephone calls. The catering office does not have internal resources for high volume duplication services; however, small quantity duplication and local fax services are available in the club offices at no charge.
Lunch Reservations Lunch reservations must be booked by a club member with an active club card and must meet a 30 person minimum and 100 person maximum. Lunch reservations are tables only.

Deposit for picnic area is $150. Rental time is from 1000 to dusk. All rules and regulations outlined in the Catering Brochure are applicable to the picnic area (payments etc). Members will be responsible for cleaning picnic area (trash & debris). The Club is not responsible for guest lists for picnic area. A fifty dollar ($50.00) fee will be charged if picnic area is not cleaned after your event. Deposit is non-refundable. Service charge is included in price.
