Andrey Chernetsov.

HEADQUARTER OFFICE Zibo, China. UDG United Design Group China.

Project description: According to our client’s wishes we were supposed to design a Green, Quiet and Peaceful place. That was an interesting challenge, cause our site is located in an industrial district and surrounded by highways. Our idea was to create a Green Heart in the middle of the site. Buildings’ height is growing gradually from the center towards borders of the site. Thus forming lines of protection from noise and pollution. Creating comfortable place for work and recreation. Then we created a program of circulation. All the vehicle traffic was moved to the borders of the site. Interceptive guest surface parking and underground parking were placed near the entrance gates. That allowed us to keep most of the territory free from traffic. And create a pedestrian circulation among greenery and water features.

FUSHUN EXHIBITION CENTER Fushun, China. UDG United Design Group China.

Project description: The main strategy of our design is a maximum multifunctionality of the Complex and surrounding territory. Organic setting into an existing urban design. Creating an environment that allows to use the Complex in the most efficient way. Architectural design is based on creating an expressive shape symbolizing a fast-growing industrial city with a preserved historical and cultural heritage. Mineral with an ice-white piece in the center. It’s passing through the volume of the building in its interior. It’s kid of a new symbol of the city.

PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE Fushun, China. UDG United Design Group China.

Project description: The pedestrian bridge is connecting two parts of the Green Walking zone, which are separated by highway. It creates a sightseeing viewpoint. Major idea was to create 2 levels bridge in order to separate pedestrian circulation from light-vehicle and bicycle circulation. In our design we created a light and flying structure which got 2 points of support for it’s tensile structures. Thus created an image of a dragon beholding a lake.
