Yamaha’s incredible CINEMA DSP HD3 literally takes the surround sound experience to new heights, using two CINEMA DSP engines to produce higher and wider sound fields.

Yamaha has used its high-end video projector engineering expertise to develop various processing techniques such as Edge Adaptive to smooth out jaggy noise, Motion Adaptive to detect moving or still images for precise by-pixel processing, Cinema Detection of 3:2/2:2 pulldown to match film content and Multi Cadence Detection.

Advanced HDMI Zone Switching enables users to enjoy not just one HD audio/video source but two different ones in two different zones. The input sources can be HDMI, analog/digital, network or USB. The person in Zone 2 can choose the source by using the Zone GUI.
