Designed by Olejniczak everyday art objects were presented at MoMA (Museum of Modern Art) in New York. Throughout his career as a designer and despite the demands of running a commercial studio, Olejniczak has remained committed to his work as a fine artist, engaged endlessly in explorations in photography, painting, sculpture, and multimedia composition. In Olejniczak’s work dominates generative visual perception of the world. His 2-D and 3-D compositions are exploring the principles of systems with endless possibilities of visual aspects of permutation. Often the same theme is continued in various media using time/movement, as part of the composition. In each work, he is looking for color, spatial configuration that will allow it to reach new visual experience. His art often focuses on the phenomena of randomness of nature and unpredictable events and how these influance creative process.

“The principles of geometry predominate in my quest as well as are the starting point for my work. Mainly in the design process where organization/coordination and the size of elements, graphic forms has a critical impact/influence on the correlations and genuine functionality. Space, light, time and motion are my tools. Division, layout, and collision of planes lead me to the solution, expected and unexpected. I stubbornly return to subjects, objects, and geometric forms, without limitation inspiring new opportunities that arise from the differences in color, size and dynamics as well as the changing perspective. Giving these compositions a new action and creating surprising and unexpected results.“
