TRANSFORMATION

The transformation from a tree to a piece of charcoal is the first step on the visitors’ path to understanding place. Each visitor will be given a sketchbook to document their thoughts and learnings. By drawing the surrounding site their individual experiences will contribute to the collective memory of the place.
