Turkey is a multicultural country offering wide range of opportunities in social life. While we try to enhance your practical skills and your Sexual and Reproductive Health knowledge by providing you the best clinical internships, workshops, lectures given by IFMSA Trainers and discussion sessions with your peers, we are also planning to give you a total Turkish experience!

As TurkMSIC, every year we organize weekend national trips to several popular destinations. Also some social programmes will be organised by our LCs (optional). You will be informed later on.
First two weeks of the program,will take place in Ġstanbul. In Ġstanbul participants will attend into internships at two different departments in the University Hospital of Acıbadem Kozayatağı ; Urology and Gynecology & Obstretrics. The main Scora subjects that is going to be discussed is going to be about genital mutilation, induced abortion and gender based violence. Participants will also find chance to practice basic medical skills(suture, etc) in the Medical Simulation Centre.
Rest of the program will continue inAntalya and clerkships will be at the University Hospital of Akdeniz. Incomings will continue their clerkships in Gynecology&Obstretrics. In Antalya participants will have more sessions about HIV/AIDS, STIs and gender based violence.

1 meal per day (lunch for first two weeks, breakfast for the rest two weeks)
(both between the cities and within the cities)
Participating insocial programs is free but the participants will need to pay for their own entrance fees, foods-drinks and other means of expenses. Organization will be only responsible of taking you to venue of theevent and organizing the events. Fee does not include visa expenses and health insurance.
