SPECIFICATION GUIDE PRODUCT: Select from over 250 standard Lumicor products from our product families: Textures including Embossed, Industrial, Textiles, and Natural, and Colors including True, Woven, and Shimmer. Or create your own custom Lumicor by combining décors. For example, combine a Color with a Texture to add color and depth. Lumicor can also incorporate Customer Owned Materials (C.O.M.). Call for more details. SIZE: Sheet Thickness Lumicor is available in gauges from 0.060” (about 1/16” or 1.5mm) to 0.944” (about 1” or 24mm) with a standard tolerance of +/- 10% of nominal. Tolerance varies by décor.

SHEET DIMENSIONS: Many Lumicor products are available in the following sheet sizes: 4' x 8' Standard (48” x 96”) [1219 x 2438 mm] 4' x 10' Oversize (48” x 120”) [1219 x 3048 mm] 5' x 10' Oversize (59” x 120”) [1499 x 3048 mm] Actual dimensions may vary by décor, and some décors are not available in oversize sheets. FINISHES: Lumicor products are available in a variety of surface finishes to provide different aesthetics. Not all finishes are available with all products. You can specify different finishes on each side of the sheet. Both matte and gloss finishes can be resurfaced if damaged during service (see fabrication guide on www.lumicor.com for more details). Lumicor’s heavier finishes such as frost and satin provide better protection against minor surface scratches, but they can only be resurfaced to a gloss or matte finish. The following is a list of standard finishes: H - Matte K - Frost T - Diffusion

A - Gloss L - Satin E - Adobe

D - Sandstone U - Moire

RESIN: Lumicor is manufactured using several high performance engineering resins, including acrylic, cross-linked acrylic, and PETG. The resin used will depend on the performance requirements of your project. SPECIFICATION GUIDE Lumiclear (Acrylic) – Outstanding clarity, resistance to UV degradation, greater rigidity, and renewable surface. Lumiguard (Cross-linked Acrylic) – All the benefits of acrylic plus enhanced chemical and stain resistance. Lumiform (PETG) – Superior impact resistance, better flammability rating, and greater flexibility. PROTECTIVE FINISH OPTIONS: ChemShield is a high performance clear film that can be applied to one or both sides of Lumiclear products. With Chemshield applied, Lumicor products can be used in environments requiring superior stain and chemical resistance. ChemShield is available in all Lumicor textures, but cannot be renewed if damaged. EXPANSION/CONTRACTION: Lumicor products will expand and contract nominally with changes in temperature. Please allow for expansion / contraction when installing fasteners, hardware, frame systems, or when edge butting sheets. The formula below can be used to calculate the appropriate allowance for expansion and contraction:

Example: A 48”x96” Lumiclear panel will be installed an office building near the entrance. The coldest temperature of the panel in that location over the entire year is expected to be 50ºF, and the warmest is expected to be 90ºF. The temperature change will then be 40ºF. The height would then change 0.115” from the coldest to the warmest temperature exposure, and the width would change 0.058”.
