Fast food seems to be the preference of the average American – a trend that is spreading across the globe like an epidemic. Throughout the entire western world this phenomenon is growing almost as fast as the waistlines of those who have been infected by it. It is no wonder that so many Americans are crying out to be taught how to lose weight fast.
