Hi Travelers! Let’s take a journey through som amazing pics of Universe, Hope y'all like them.
Ultraviolet spectrum of Cygnus Loop Nebulae, captured by NASA. Â
THE BIGGEST PICTURE OF WAR & PEACE NEBULAE YET CAPTURED THE NEBULA CONTAINS MANY PROTOSTARS SHIELDED BY DARK DISKS OF GAS, AND YOUNG STARS WRAPPED IN EXPANDING "COCOONS" OR EXPANDING GASES SURROUNDING THESE SMALL STARS. THIS NEBULA WAS GIVEN THE NAME W AR AND PEACE NEBULA BY THEMIDCOURSE SPACE EXPERIMENT SCIENTISTS BECAUSE OF ITS APPEARANCE. THEY SAID THAT IN INFRARED IMAGES THE BRIGHT, WESTERN PART RESEMBLES A DOVE, WHILE THE EASTERN PART LOOKS LIKE A SKULL. This stunning picture shows the War and Peace Nebula, otherwise known as NGC 6357. This nebula is located in the constellation Scorpius and is located some 8,000 light-years from Earth.
Arp 273 Galaxy Complex pictured by Hubble telescope, it's located at the distant Andromeda and it's shaped like a cosmic rose.
Sand Clock Nebulae
NASA's Fermi Telescope capturing two bubbles at the center of the Milky Way using gamma ray spectrum . The Milky way Galaxy is just one galaxy in a group of galaxies called the Local Group. Within the Local Group, the Milky Way Galaxy is moving about 300 km/sec (towards the constellation Virgo). The Milky Way Galaxy is moving in concert with the other galaxies in the Local Group (the Local Group is defined as those nearby galaxies that are moving in concert with each other, independent of the "Hubble flow" expansion). Harlow Shapley (November 2, 1885- October 20, 1972), an American astronomer, was the first person to estimate the size of the Milky Way Galaxy, which is about 80,000 to 120,000 light-years across (and less than 7,000 light-years thick as well as our position in the galaxy (about 1918).
Hanny’s Voorwerp. One of the rarest objects in Universe captured by Hubble Telescope Hanny's Voorwerp (Hanny's Object in Dutch) is a mysterious, glowing green blob of gas is floating in space near a spiral galaxy - the size of the Milky Way. Hanny's Voorwerp (Hanny's Object in Dutch) is named after Hanny van Arkel, the Dutch schoolteacher who discovered the ghostly structure in 2007 while participating in the online citizen science project Galaxy Zoo.
