Welcome
from SE21 May 2020
by SE Magazines
We are now approaching our 7th week of lockdown and life has changed so much. Unfortunately I was unable to distribute my April magazines, but I am determined that SE21 will keep going, whatever happens, so here is our online version. The magazine has been available online for many years, but I will be making a special effort to share this one far and wide. Please do use the share this copy with everyone you know! There has been so much to be thankful for in the past six weeks. One particular highlight is the SaveEastDulwich raffle set up by local resident, Victoria Rennison. The full story is on page 6 and there is still time to buy a ticket and support our local Dulwich economy. Around Dulwich has an update on how some businesses have adapted their business to cope with the lockdown, see page 24-27. As always we have lots of extra news and stories on our website www.arounddulwich. co.uk, so please do check it out. On Friday 8th May, we will be celebrating VE Day. I am grateful to Vicky from Essentials Magazines for kindly sharing some wonderful lockdown suggestions for celebrating in style. See from page 30. I have been overwhelmed by the support of my clients who have supported this online issue. Please do try to buy local where you can. Keep checking our social media channels for updates on businesses reopening. Please note that you click on links in ads and stories in this issue. Until next time, take good care.
