community Project : A Walk in the Park Location : Victoria Crossing St. Paul, Minnesota Concept : With St. Paul’s popular Grand Avenue being so unique, this bookstore needs to be something that would not only fit in with its surroundings but also create an attraction to the community and surrounding areas. The inspiration for this project is a tree, which is a great symbol for life, growing, and knowledge. In this bookstore, people both young and old will be able to enjoy the outdoor atmosphere while reading a bookunder a tree or on a park bench.

Mutually beneficial at its core. An innovative use of texture varies the appearance of neutral elements, bringing them into the space. unity Project : Williamson Residence Location : Robbinsdale, Minnesota Concept : Unity ties together to make a whole. The flow of horizontal line throughout the home create a sense of harmony. Rich colors and intimate lighting provide a tranquil personal setting for each family member while a well balanced home will let the family live and grow together.

core Project : YWCA Rooftop Location : Minneapolis, Minnesota Concept : The focus of this rooftop is all about core. The core is the centermost part of a whole with it’s components encompassing it and making the essence function. With all the activities going on in the facility, the core will stabilize and help to strengthen while separating the industrial and the serene.
