Go to www.issuu.com

Create an Account by clicking onto create account

Step 4 Tick the box that says “I accept the Terms of Service” and press “Agree and continue. If you click on Terms of Services Make sure to take a note of your password and username.

Once you have clicked on My Library. Some short video tutorials to the right of the screen can be viewed. If you wish to see them again but have closed the window just click on more and go down to video tutorials and left click to open it again.
Move a document to another folder.

Copy the embed code here and paste this into a Label / HTML block in Moodle or your blog or copy the URL link to a document
Create folders for different classes. These will be displayed as a bookshelf
This is the tool bar is located at the top of the screen and comes with many different features. For example: creating a new folder; moving your EBooks; sharing EBooks and other features.

Click this button that is located at the top right tscreen. Click on browse to find and find the file.(Must be in PDF format for it to be uploaded successful) Fill out all the fields. (You can leave info link blank if you don’t need one). There also some parts you can expand at the bottom which will give you more options. One of the options determines whether or not the document is private or open to public viewing.
Once you have everything field out click on this button.

Process of your file being uploaded
Private files go into a special private bookshelf and won’t show in the published folders
From here you can access the files that you have published, files that you have kept private or all your documents. There is also an option that allows you to download other peoples’ EBooks and enable you to see them from your Library.
Your file will always be in this folder while it being converted. When it is finished, it will be displayed in the published folder
From here you click open to open to EBook.

Once you have opened your EBook and page like this should appear. And be able to read it by clicking on ‘Click to read’ or flick through pages by clicking on the triangle icon.
Note: Private files go into a special private bookshelf and won’t show in the published folders. Unsuccessful uploads go into another folder. You can see where your files are stored by looking at your My Library then Documents Area. This area has many sub-folders. You can watch video tutorials using the short video demos by ISSUU or you can see the tutorial produced by the E-Learning Team at Barnet Southgate College by clicking below.
