The project is located in a ravine situation and aims to link two areas that are currently divided by this natural barrier. The purpose is achieved through the fragmentation of architectural volumes integrated to the site topography, maintaining a direct link between public space and the architectural object. The main volume is formed by the intersection of a series of rectangular modules, which are fragmented as the ravine descends. The modules rotate and intersect along the project, generating different spatial conditions in the intermediate floor plans such as terraces, double heights and free floor-plans that become public spaces even while being inside the building, thus achieving a linkage of zones at physical, visual and usage level.

Our site, an old house that has been intervened before, but still shows original details of construction; We started with a proposal that sought to emphasize the original spatial dimensions, in addition to rethinking the distribution of working areas to make the most of them. We achieved it by mixing materials, textures and a range of colors that gave different aspects to each space, these simultaneously allow the rooms to act as scenarios while producing content on different projects of the agency.

MMM is a metal manufacturer, an industrial complex composed by two industrial pavilions and technical areas, set in Hidalgo, Mexico. As part of the growth they are having with a bunch of new international bussiness treaties, the goal was to re-organise the office areas to make it pleasant for customers to visit the installations and have the possibility to have long meetings in same place. MMM used to have in the complex, offices and services exclusively for males. This issue made it indispensable to update and optimize all the work areas towards a more inclusive, efficient and articulated set of services.

We wanted to create a uniform pattern of construction solutions and material to assure spatial coherency, and to enhance the visual correspondence between the existing and the new area which could be seen from the entrance as it

is proposed to be over the old offices. The proposal was basically focused on using raw materials like apparent local block, steel and wood to keep an industrial but elegant appearence. All the furniture was also planned to relate with Metal which is the principlal material they work with at MMM.

which should be seen through the floor-to-ceiling window faรงade during day and night. The design should also be used to market the services. The lightning project was essential to light up the house. The inside spaces were to be clear for the users to identify, as seen on the Floor Plan the house hosts the treatment open rooms and a pair of wash basins.

Blu is a Dental Clinic borned as an idea in 2013 when a group of investors had a clear project in mind. It was basically to respond to what patients were demanding: a more pleasing enviroment when visiting a dental office. We developed the draft conceptual idea, clear and simple as a house. The project design consists of a house made out of 9mm acrilic inside the retail space,
