FACILITATE the organization and creation of RECREATION programs for ALL AGES.

SUPPORT our PARKS employees by providing them with the necessary resources to improve and update the conditions of our parks and facilities.

Renegotiate the Town’s lease management agreement with the Erie County Water Authority, which can SAVE TAXPAYERS MONEY

DECREASE the amount residents are paying for water by increasing the Evans tax base, in order to spread the unforgiving water surcharge over a larger pool of taxpayers.

DEVELOP Sturgeon Point Marina into a tourist destination for all to enjoy.

Create a MARKETING team that will seek developers to build both residential and commercial businesses

Market COMMUNITY ASSETS to attract new businesses to our community

Create an Evans Industrial Development Agency, that will allow for easier negotiations to bring commercial GROWTH to Evans.

IMPROVE unimproved (dirt roads) with asphalt pavement and proper drainage.

Maintain our creeks and streams to PREVENT future flooding.

Create a building department that is EFFICIENT, EFFECTIVE and DEVELOPMENT FRIENDLY
