Did you know that Krasilnikoff planted a forest?

We live in the lovely Danish countryside and our head office is based on a big farm. In 2019 we turned 7 acres (70.000 m2) of our farmland into CO2 reducing varied forest by planting 7.000 trees. (On average, a varied climate forest with a significant proportion of natural and biodiversity areas will absorb about 10 tonnes of CO2 per hectare per year.)

Besides this, we also have 7,2 acres of Energy Willow trees. A productive and energy-efficient plant. Since 2007 we have used wood chips for heating and hot water.

We also reuse all cardboard boxes whenever possible, the rest of the boxes are used for making our own filling.

And from autumn 2021 - all textiles are made in STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® quality. This is to give customers a better and more environmentally friendly product. STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® places great demands on the use of chemicals during production and in the final product.
