Neuro-linguistic programming is a psycho-behavioural approach to better communicate and overall personality development that concentrates on the relation between mind and language, and how that relation affects and changes our body and conduct. It uses guided visualizations along with special language patterns to bring on positive change from within. For decades, claims of the benefits of Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) have been significant in terms of volume and included everything from improved memory& focus, weight reduction, detecting lies and decreased anxiety.
