Learning programs for primary school students Millennia of knowledge and wisdom are contained within the unique history and cultural heritage of Mongolia. The National Museum of Mongolia cares for the largest and most important collection of artefacts relating to Mongolian history and culture in the world and works to make it accessible to all Mongolians and interested visitors. For primary school students our Museum’s Educators give guided tours of the Museum’s ten exhibition halls and offer several stimulating history and cultural heritage programs in our colourful and friendly Children’s Education Room.

Tours and Mongolian history and culture programs are free after admission, however please book at least two weeks in advance so pre-visit information can be sent to you, to share with your students, preparing them for their visit. Tours and programs are available in either Mongolian or English.

Advice to teachers + Before their visit, organise students into groups of 10 to 15 children and brief them on what they will do at the Museum + Ask them to wear traditional clothes on the visit day + Attach a name tag to each student so the Museum’s educators can address each child by name

Entry to the Museum is 1000 tugrug per student & 5000 tugrug per adult
