1. FIT TO CANVAS
Keyboard Shortcut: Command+Option+F
This shortcut will auto-scale both the width and the height of your current composition.

4. DRAG TO RETIME

By holding down the option key and moving your keyframes, you can stretch your keyframes while proportionally preserving keyframe distance.
5. SET START POINT OR END POINT

To quickly move the start point or end point of a layer to the playhead position, click the [ or ] button with your layer selected.
