TAHFIZ DINI LIL NISA’ ALOR SETAR, KEDAH AUTODESK REVIT | PHOTOSHOP | ENSCAPE 3D
Regenerative Tahfiz design is a design which aim to support the government initiative, Dasar Pendidikan Tahfiz Negara in designing a conducive tahfiz school for secondary level students of youth ranging from 13 to 17 years old with occupancy of max. 100 students. The school shall up to five (5) storeys building of 1600 - 2000 square metre of built-up area in an urban context. The design should response to the current design issues of tahfiz school in Malaysia such as non-conducive learning environment, poor facilities, lack of fire safety, non-sustainable, etc. There should be improvements in terms of infrastructure and safety, with comfortable surroundings for the students. It is hoped that the proposed school shall able to promote not only the Islamic teaching but also portrays the progressive Islamic way of life.

An urban gallery designed for the evergreen Vespa Group of Companies. Built amidst the old township of the Port Dickson City which is eventually running down without any proper planning and maintainance. The geographical location of the Old Town is highly potential to be developed as it is located near PD Waterfront which is one of the famous tourists spot. Its strategic location This Vespa Gallery aims to be a prominent landmark for the tourists as well as the local. Vesa Galleria showcases the Vespa motorcycles ranging from the antiques design until the latest modern design. The uniquely designed gallery wil increase its potential in attracting more tourists and contribute in the establishement of a new service oriented spots for the betterment of this hidden gem of Port Dickson.

DESIGN CONCEPT A design generated by the concept of ‘CONCATENATE’ which means linking (things) in a series of chain. Every spaces are interconnected in terms of spatial organization and space function. It aims at linking three Islamic elements which Habluminallah, Habluminannas and Habluminal’alam. By linking all these elements in a series of chain, it gives the users sense of connectivity and belonging to the space and the outdoor environment.

GEDUNG RAJA ABDULLAH KLANG, SELANGOR LAYAR EXHIBITION | HERITAGE STUDIES 2020 AUTODESK AUTOCAD | PHOTOSHOP | VRAY
Gedung Raja Abdullah is an old Malaysia Monument in Klang Selangor. Being known as the first masonry building in Selangor, Gedung Raja Abdullah became the pioneer architecture which determined the local architectural identity of Selangor. It was built in 1856 as a warehouse and a residence to the Chief of Klang, Raja Abdullah bin Raja Jaafar. It remarks the climax of the Tin-Mining industry in Selangor. The architecture of Gedung Raja Abdullah has the influence of hybrid architecture of the Dutch Colonials as wel as the vernacular architecture. The interior of Gedung Raja Abdullah followed the layout of the Dutch colonialism on the Ground Floor and South Sulawesi Bugis Traditional House architecture on the first floor. Despite many changes had been done to the building, the building remains stand majestically on the Jalan Gedung Raja Abdullah in the South Klang due to its timevless everlasting historical stories.

PROJECT BACKGROUND International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) Gombak Cultural and Natural Heritage Living Laboratory is the project that will be conducted by students in order to promote the Malay Enclave Teaching Lab (METL) which the site is located in front of Kulliyyah of Architecture and Environmental Design, IIUM Gombak. The site consists of four different plot which each plot is representing the different social cultural for the environment. The location has been analyzing and synthesis in order to know the strength and weakness of the site. The aim of this project is to design a recreational park which provide the users a better environment that not only facilitate learnings activities but also as one of the cultural centre which represent Aceh culture that could be an edu-tourism attraction that generate revenues for IIUM and meanwhile to encourage the communities
DESIGN CONCEPT
The design concept for this project is “Respect the Past, Embrace the Fu-
ture�. As for the futuristic elements, the design also has been combined with some sustainable design elements such as energy-efficient technology, renewable materials and innovative design as well as make it balance with the traditional design sensibilities. In
this
project,
the
design
intension
is
focusing
on
to
design
a
recreational park which provide the users a Tbetter environment which generate revenues for IIUM and meanwhile to encourage the communities to appreciate the past.
The overall masterplan design of the Natural Heritage Living Laboratory
of IIUM was inspired by the Celosia flower which represents the Achehnese culture. It is metaphoric expression of design elements that combine the three elements of adab in Islam; Hablumminallah, Hablumminannas and Hablumminal’alam becomes a guideline in designing all the detailings for each spaces in each plots. Besides, the spatial distribution that being represented by five spaces of Aceh traditional house, have their own implementation of Aceh sentimental value.

GARDEN OF KNOWLEDGE ANISSA ANWAR | RUSYDINA SYAHIRAH Garden of Knowledge is an artpiece made using Kufi calligraphy technique on a strech canvas of 42” x 42”. The abstract backgroundof the blue-white hue aims to signifiy the symbolic of the abundanceness of ‘ilm in our life. The amount of ‘ilm are represented as much as the amount of water in the sea. The name of ’Garden of Knowledge’ was chosen in commemoration with the motto of the Internatrional Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM) which serves as place to gain knowledge and to nurture good Islamic practices in producing Muslim profesionals and scholars.
THE ASSEMBLAGE ANISSA | AZINURHAMIZAHTULAINI | NUR ATHIRAH ANIS |NUR IJAZATI | NURUL NABILAH | RUSYDINA SYAHIRAH “The Assemblage” tells the history of the Islamic world which begun to flourish in Masjid Nabawi. The distinctive colors of Masjidil Nabawi such as green, blue, red, gold is amalgamated in this piece of art to symbolize the history of Islam and how it was spread out to the entire world. The small portion of black color is the center of this masterpiece portrays how small the Islamic territory in the past and the earthy colors of blue and green in the other parts of the art portrays the vast expansion of Islamic territory after the hijrah of Prophet. The abstract-liked-dome highlights the distinctive feature of this Majid al-Qiblatain which is the striking green dome which rises above the tombs of the Prophet and few Islamic leaders, Saidina Abu Bakar As-Siddiq and Umar al Khattab.
