Our poly materials withstand even the hottest and coldest temperatures! We use chrome-plated stainless steel fasteners that are utilized in the marine industry, as they are known to resist corrosion better than typical stainless steel. Our furniture is a popular choice for outdoor spaces where harsh saltwater conditions exist, and our selected fasteners withstand these climates better than most.

Warranty
Repair and Replacement Guidelines
For service under Casual Comfort’s Warranty, contact the Casual Comfort dealer from whom you purchased your furniture. All items eligible for warranty consideration will be reviewed by our customer service department upon receipt of the original SO#/PO# alongside photo(s) of suggested defective materials or workmanship. Casual Comfort reserves the right to have the item(s) returned pending their discretion for final inspection and credit of replacement. Should Casual Comfort choose to replace the product, and the product is no longer available at the time the warranty service is required, a substitute of similar performance and equal or greater value will be made. As its option, Casual Comfort will repair or replace the product without charge for materials and labor, providing our inspection indicates that an original defect exists.
Casual Comfort offers no warranties other than those which are specifically described herein. Casual Comfort makes no implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The sole remedy provided in this warranty is repair or replacement of this product. Casual Comfort does not pay shipping fees to replace the product.
Residential and Commercial Warranties
Casual Comfort warrants to the original purchaser that its polyethylene lawn furniture will be free of original defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twenty (20) years of residential use or five (5) years of commercial use starting on the date of purchase.
Fasteners and Chains
Stainless steel fasteners and chains are warranted not to fail structurally for the applicable warranty period.
Accessories
Folding Chairs and Folding Accessories are warranted to be free of original defects in workmanship and material for a period of ten (10) years of residential use or two (2) years of commercial use. Swivels, Arbors and A-Frames are warranted not to fail structurally for five (5) years of residential use or two (2) years of commercial use.
Cushions, Pillows, and Umbrellas
Cushions are warranted to be free of original defects in workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year of residential use and are not warranted for commercial use. Compression of cushions shall not be considered a defect in materials and workmanship and are not covered under this warranty. Sling chairs and umbrellas are warranted to be free of original defects in workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year of residential use and are not warranted for commercial use.
Fire Tables
The components used in Casual Comfort fire pits and tables (including but not limited to: Crystal Fire burners, electronics, glass guards, and ignitors) are not covered under Casual Comfort’s warranty.
Exclusions
• Fading, chipping, scratching, or color change - polyethylene is a synthetic and may scratch or fade when exposed to sunlight, or stain after prolonged contact with other substances.
• Expansion or contraction of poly lumber – ¼" expansion and contraction are to be expected due to extreme changes in humidity and temperature. The foregoing shall not be considered defects in materials or workmanship and are not covered under this warranty.
• Rust or corrosion of stainless steel and coated hardware, chains, or fasteners - stainless steel may rust in certain extreme conditions (such as coastal areas) if not maintained properly.
• Structural failure due to rusting chains or fasteners.
• Damage caused by unauthorized service or repair, alteration of this product, abuse or misuse, or normal wear and tear of materials.
• Any damage resulting from vandalism or improper maintenance.
• Any damage resulting in use of product in a manner or for a purpose other than for which it is customarily intended.
• Damage caused by natural disasters (including but not limited to hail, floods, tornadoes, earthquakes).
• Improper use of products with fire components.
Discontinuation of Product
We reserve the right to discontinue any product line, lumber color, or fabric color without notifying the purchaser. If we can no longer provide the original product, we retain the right to choose to provide any needed replacement material of equal value.
Product Care and Maintenance
Outdoor Furniture
Fortunately, our poly furniture is one of the most maintenance-free types of furniture on the market! However, there are still some things you can do to help extend the life and look of your poly furniture.
We recommend storing Casual Comfort furniture out of the weather during the off seasons when possible so your furniture will be protected from the inclement seasons. This is not a required step, but it will allow you to minimize spring cleaning efforts and coastal corrosion to your hardware over time.
One of the easiest ways to periodically clean your poly furniture is to wash it with soap and water. Select a non-abrasive soap of your choice, add it to a bucket of warm water, and wipe your poly lumber with a soft cloth or sponge.
Occasionally, you may need to use a soft bristle brush to work out some of the smudges and marks you may find along the edge of your furniture. A toothbrush is an excellent option for those trickier marks, and it is soft enough that it will safely clean away the built-up dirt!
After scrubbing your furniture thoroughly, be sure to rinse well with a hose until no soap residue is left. If you want, you could finish by lightly towel drying your poly furniture, but that isn’t a necessary step.
Using a power washer to hose down your poly furniture can be a very effective method, but it is important to keep it at about 1,500 psi or
lower, to avoid damaging your furniture. Keep the power washer at least 16" away from the furniture to avoid damaging the poly material. This is a relatively easy way to periodically clean your furniture as needed!
On the rare occasion you should need to deep clean your poly furniture, you can prepare a solution comprising of 1 3 bleach and 2⁄3 water. This is primarily recommended for your white furniture only. You can use a cloth for general cleaning, and a soft bristled brush for some deeper cleaning as mentioned before.
Cushions
To keep your furniture cushions clean, simply brush or shake the food crumbs or dirt accumulation from the surface to prevent buildup of debris.
If you have a serious liquid spill, blot (don’t rub) spills with a clean, dry cloth. Spray on a mix of dish soap and water and rinse your fabric thoroughly to remove the soap, and finish by air drying.
If you have a mold and mildew problem with your fabric cushions, prepare a solution with ¼ cup mild soap and 1 cup of bleach per gallon of water. Spray this solution on the whole cushion area and soak for 15 minutes. It is important to cover the full cushion in order to avoid residue and water rings. Clean the fabric with a sponge or very soft bristle brush. Finally, remove all soap and air dry your cushion.
