Mantri Sun 2 Overview – This project is a mixed use development in a 100 acre land parcel which is Rachenahalli lake facing site in North Bangalore, with the mix being commercial, residential, retail, f & B and school Residential mix has a variety of the products ranging from mid segment to premium segment towers and low rise townhouses /senior living.

CELESTIAL CONVERGENCE This concept design proposed by me as per direction of our Design Lead and this is the most appreciated by the client and they are interested to accept this concept for there project.

Proposed is the campus for BAGMANE OLYMPIA MLCP commercial car parking building at BTP, Bangalore. It is proposed as G + 5 building. In order to meet the parking requirements of the campus.

Designing of all staircase as per changes in design and preparing working drawings. Producing all Plans, Elevations and Section. Worked on OHT, Pump room and Underground water tank. Making primary views of MLCP building.

Infosys New Futuristic Building Overview –

Client –

Design Architects –

This is a competition project of Infosys futuristic high-end multistorey facility at 5-acre plot adjacent to the existing campus in the Electronics City. In order to meet the current requirement for expansion, Infosys requires new building to accommodate more seats and parking facilities, with self-contained utilitarian units. There is a two teams for each option and I am part of the Option-1.

Honeywell Lab Building Overview – Proposed Cafeteria and Lab Building for Honeywell at Serilingampalli Mandal, R.R.Dist, Hyderabad.

Aptean Office & Cafeteria Overview – This is a interior design project of 5000sqft Aptean office on 6th floor and a new 6700sqft Cafeteria development which is on 2nd Floor at Golden Heights building complex in Rajajinagar, Bangalore.

Competition Project

Levitating Reverse Pyramid Glass skin reverse Pyramid positioned in a way it looks Like levitating is a house of Floating Bonsai

Air Bonsai. A floating Bonsai tree

Up side Down This Design concept I created for the competition organised by DP Architects to all his branch offices world wide for RMZ EcoWorld, Bangalore. The brief is to create a beautiful structure, so my idea is to create a focal point for the hole complex that which is truly related to the definition of this project and make it attractive for buyers.This is a mix of Custom design Complex but Light Structure and Bonsai as a representing of Ecology.

Wave Estate, Mohali Overview – Wave Estate, is a 135 acre residential development located in Mohali adjacent to Chandigarh. Construction started in September 2012. The development consists of neighbourhoods of large villas and three Apartment communities, as well as associated clubhouses, retail and leisure facilities.
