Effective Selection Process: Members opting for internship program in their AIESEC experience go through a pre-selection stage in their respective AIESEC Local Chapter where their general qualifications, attitudes and reasons for participating in the exchange stage are identified. Successful applicants then go through a thorough selection process including a formal review board involving corporate and academic representatives who are externals to AIESEC. AIESEC assists the selected intern in selection process with the company and provides assistance in VISA Documentation.

Eureka- The Concept The Entrepreneurship Learning Network provides a platform for youth who area aspiring entrepreneurs from across the world to connect with corporate houses, entrepreneurs, non profit organizations, networks, and others interested in the issue of entrepreneurship to develop understanding, knowledge and skills of the issue. AIESEC recognizes that the economic progress of a country is dependent on the strength and vitality of its entrepreneurs. Through this network, AIESEC aims to shape the future population into effective contributors to the global society. Eureka will bring together these different stakeholders on a common platform through physical and virtual forums with the objective of impacting the issue of entrepreneurship.
Phoenix- The Concept PHOENIX as a project aims at building bridges between the rapidly growing Indian IT industry and the rest of the world. The project aims at providing youth with an invaluable insight in the industry and the plethora of career opportunities that it offers. The project is under the AIESEC India’s national initiative groups, which is closely monitored by the national office and other project partners to ensure quality of activities and experiences. Nowadays, technology in India is one important element of the economy. Each year it is growing tremendously. In AIESEC, we have seen the need to create more technical internships. Thus we decided to create Technology Learning Network, which has a vision of creating young leaders in the issue of connecting business and technical processes to increase positive impact in society
Emerging India- The Concept The intern would be based on Marketing and strategizing how to expand the sectors internally in the company and within the country. Emerging India Learning Network is to develop and grow the emerging markets of the country. It would be used to Develop and penetrate into New Sectors Providing back end administration to the target organizations and institutes E.g.: Pharmaceutical, Real Estate Hospitality, Tourism, Finance, Engineering, Institutes and Consultancies etc.
