It’s important to hear feedback from our guests. This is why we’ve embedded a rating system into the sushi menu you recieve at the beginning of the exhibition. Rate each roll you tried one to five stars with the provided pencil. At the back of the exhibit, tear off this slip and feed it into the rating machine to watch the live sushi charts change based on real ratings.
