The happiest country in the world is ... (NOT Costa Rica)
According to World Happiness Report, Norway has become the happiest country in the world. This country was nominated in the 4 th position by the report already mentioned. Norway's prime minister said "a nice confirmation for a Monday morning" and also commented: "But even if we now lead the statistics, we will continue to prioritize mental health care, improving the monitoring of children and young people because many are still in their struggle.� The top 3 positions are: First Norway, second Denmark and third Iceland. While Costa Rica is ranked in the 12th place. Good luck next year!

This Monday, Luis Guillermo Solís President of the Republic, said that the bridge called “La Platina” will be ready for April 30, with all six lanes qualifying. This morning the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, the municipality of San JosĂŠ and the municipality of Montes de Oca, announced the plan for the construction of the cycle path. On Sunday night, a house in Coto Brus was consumed by the flames. Fortunately there were no human losses. 4 workers in a correctional facility in Guatemala are being held hostage by gang members after killing two and wounding five in a riot started on Sunday in search of better deals and benefits at the center. The riot was launched at the Juvenile Deprivation Center for Men, known as Stage II by 40 youth from the Barrio 18 gang. One of the kidnapped authorities was released to be transferred to hospital with serious injuries. The center is located in San JosĂŠ Pinula, 10 km east of the capital.
