What is Sazzio? Sazzio is a one of kind dining experience. The foody can try many types of authentic Italian pizza, without waste. Pizza slices are served individually, so diners can customize their experience.



Sazzio provides an A la carte, authentic, New York style pizza experience for the foody, and give them an option besides the Americanized, fast food pizza buffet.


The Pie So why New York style crust?

Many restaurants now specialize in Neopolitan pizza. This not only requires a license, but getting the dough just right is a difficult process. Neopolitan pizza also requires a lot of sauce, which makes individual slices difficult; this is why they are mostly served as personal pizzas. This limits the choice of the diner to one kind of pizza.


Sicilan pizza has a thicker crust, but is similar to neopolitan pizza. It is usually cut in squares, and many times the sauce is on top of the rest of the toppings making individual slices not only smaller but messy.

New York style pizza is characterized by large hand tossed crust, which is crisp enough around theedges to be served in individual slices. The crust is also thin enoughto be folded in half to be eaten.
