We are a boutique, high-end creative event planning company with emphasis on design. We take a limited number of events each year to ensure we can give our clients the attention they deserve and only accept two events per month. We don't do cookie cutter, pre-manufactured events, each wedding is unique, capturing the spirit of your love. We excel at getting to know our client's personal style so that their event is a true reflection of them. We pride ourselves on the relationships we cultivate with our clients, and love when they later turn into friends. Our personal belief is that a good event turns into a great event with excellent attention to detail. We think a wedding planner is wonderful resource, but a good wedding planner, well, their worth their weight in gold. Herondale House takes our client’s expectations and dreams combine them with our expertise and in the end help you save money (which is lovely, indeed) but more importantly we help alleviate stressful times when planning your wedding. - Full Service Design & Implementation The Woodward Event Design package includes set up and implementation of designs on site at your venue. Easy peasy! Tell us what you like or let us present a few options for you. After we decide together what your event will look like, we set out sourcing, renting, gathering and building your event! starting at 2200
- Design & Styling The Coventry Event Design package does not include set up or implementation of designs. This is for the couple who has need for a great team in place to help their DIY and implement the designs we’ve created and built for you! starting at 1600
- Design Consultation only Mayfield is for the couple who really loves DIY or may be on inspiration overload. There's a lot of ideas floating around in their head, many Pinterest boards, a folder on the computer, magazine tear outs... We help take those ideas, streamline them into a cohesive thought, give a shopping list, handy DIY links & send them on their merry way down the aisle, or path, or beach! starting at 600
- Full Service Design & Planning The Euclid Package is all inclusive! Euclid INCLUDES full event planning and design from the day you say, "Hey! We like the way you party!" to the set up and implementation of designs on site at your venue complete with day of coordination! starting at 4600
- Full Service Comprehensive Planning The Jefferson Package is all an inclusive planning service! Budgets, timelines, vendor referrals and meetings, contract reviews, negotiations... Jefferson is the whole deal. starting at 2800 - Month of Coordination aka Day of Coordination The Collingwood Package is short and sweet partial planning option, rather month of coordination! Why a month? We think it's a disservice to offer clients assist their with their event with no planning before hand. That's why during the month before your event, we streamline your day and put you at ease the month leading up to your big day! starting at 1700
- Consultation The Lafayette is our by appointment consultation via Skype, FaceTime, our office, a coffee joint, anywhere. We offer advice on venue selection, venue recommendations, theme and/or color definition, floral & dĂŠcor suggestions, general guidance, day of event timeline creation, floor plans, and DIY instructions. This option is for the folks who just need a push in the right direction. $50 per hour
Every woman is beautiful! Boudoir shoots are a wonderful expression of femininity, sensuality and confidence. In addition to design and creative direction, we build sets! Be a romantic and whimsical romantic set built on location at The Dearborn Inn or a an outdoor French courtesan themed set in gardens in Ann Arbor or Cleveland, we put the effort of a Victoria's Secret fashion show and magazine shoot into your shoot! We even have a few videographer friends available to enhance your final product set to music and a little intro to the recipient of your album. On-site sets are great for allowing the privacy and convenience of a hotel room with the set and feel of a studio. We can also build something in your photographer's studio. From finding just the right room or space for you to securing a private outdoor location, we make sure you get the look and aesthetic you're looking for. starting at 350
For Engagements, Bridal Sessions & Boudoir Sessions, we can create editorial style imagery of you in your wedding gown, a complete styled engagement session! Your sessions are tailored to match your personality and style. On location or in studio, our laid-back, no -fuss technique will ensure you stay at ease, allowing us to aptly portray you and your fiancĂŠ in your lovey-dovey awesomeness. Timeless images more lasting than just a simple session, these photographs are sure to become among the most treasured by you and your family. We work hard to create a true custom travel experience. Exquisitely detailed, one of a kind trips and honeymoon arrangements to fit all interests and personal travel style. Ultimate baseball fan spa package in the off season in the desert? An Airstream to travel cross-country and take in the kicks off Route 66? Done and done! David has travelled along tens of thousands miles of stretch of road and has accumulated hidden gems, local-in-the-know places to see! "Sometimes, the best thing is really is to get 'localed'. It's a wonderful way to explore the local area and really see what the locals have to offer. We make personalized recommendations, create opportunities to meet the purveyors, chefs, and artists." Herondale House handles can handle RSVPs for clients based on information provided. A detailed RSVP listing will be provided to client 30 days prior to set date for event. We follow up with stragglers, confirm hotel reservations for out of town guests and can arrange travel to get Aunt Cindy from the airport to the hotel. Stress free wedding weekends are what we want all of our clients to experience! starting at 250
What we do for our clients to guarantee their day is exactly how they pictured it. You’ll also get one-on-one service with your consultant from your first meeting – until the end of your event. We make sure you are satisfied throughout the entire planning process, which is why we limit the amount of events we do per weekend so we can fully concentrate on your details. The flow, timing and execution on the day of your event, are just as important as the details. All of our planning services include: One-on-One Consultation – a 60 to 90 – minute consultation meeting. Best in person, but we can also help you plan virtually. Skype & FaceTime work wonderfully and are great tools we use when working with couples at a distance. At which time we will discuss and conceptualize all your planning needs. We're (an almost) husband and wife team. We work together throughout the process. More than most other planning companies that offer one event coordinator both Anna & David are there on the day of to assist in the coordination of your event. Planning timeline and Journal– includes our private contact info, areas for other vendor information, important dates highlighted to help you assist you in scheduling all your meetings with us and other vendors, other important dates, and payment details. A few things never change: A date is not secure until a signed contract and a retainer are received. Appropriate state sales tax will be added to coverage selected. Design prices listed are not inclusive of design material costs, rental items, paper goods or other goods. This price is added to the design package selected and requires immediate payment unless other payment arrangements have been made. All designs are property of Pretty Miss Events and may not be executed by another service provider. Travel expenses are billed separately and are not included any package, unless noted.
