I must sign-out and sign-in equipment using the "Camera Check-Out Log" with a leadership staff member present. 2. It is my responsibility to take care of any equipment in my possession, and I am responsible for any damage that occurs while the camera is checked-out to me. 3. All equipment must be returned within 24-hours of check-out unless a prior exception is made. 4. All equipment must be returned fully-charged and with an empty SD card.
