Fishman Haygood, Downtown After creating a custom handpainted wall covering in his Berlin studio, KEF! came to paint live on the ceiling of the Fishman Haygood offices in Downtown Baton Rouge. The imagery from the wall crawls up on to the ceiling in the entryway of the office to create a playful and modern aestheic.
The Commerce Building Following suite with the progressive art program within the Commerce Building, KEF! was commissioned to create a mural with spray paint in the corridor heading to the parking area. Being a historic building in Downtown Baton Rouge, KEF’s work energizes the architecture of the space and creates an interactive moment for visiors and residents.
The Overpass Merchant So much of KEF’s work involves creating an outdoor mural wall that is made for the people of the community. The ownership team at The Overpass Merchant was eager to sign on for the project and allowed the artist to use the entirely of the West side of the building as his canvas. The painting process took two days and people from the neighborhood were able to meet and talk with the artist as they watched him work.
