hosted by the Government of Nigeria Take part in this powerful simulation to experience some of the struggles and choices that refugees are facing to survive each day. The Refugee Run is hosted by the Crossroads Foundation and designed with refugees, internally displaced persons and NGOs.
Winston Churchill suffered from depression, famously calling it “the black dog”. He is still an exception among leaders to admit having mental health issues. Depression, burn-out or anxieties are seen by many as a weakness, not the least the individuals dealing with it. Mental health issues are a condition that one in four people will suffer from in their lifetime. Can we afford to leave this taboo in place any longer?
