TOTAL: 30 MIN - 12 SERVINGS 12 wonton wrappers 1 tbsp. Schnucks sweet chili sauce 1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar 1 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil 1 tsp. sriracha sauce 1 tsp. Schnucks soy sauce 1 clove garlic, minced ¼ tsp. ground ginger 8 oz. package coleslaw mix ½ cup red pepper, finely diced 2 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Place wonton wrappers into 12 cups. Spray wrappers with cooking spray and bake for 6-8 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool before filling. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, vinegar, oil, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Pour dressing over coleslaw mix and red pepper. Toss until coated. Place coleslaw into cups. Mini Brownie Cakes TOTAL: 60 MIN - 12 SERVINGS Brownie mix, baked in a 9x13 inch pan according to package directions and cooled 8 oz. Schnucks fudge frosting 12 whole cashews 2 tbsp. caramel sauce, hot 1 tbsp. sea salt
Spoon or pipe 1 teaspoon whipped topping into top of each strawberry. Sprinkle topping with chopped pistachios.
1. Trim ½ inch off edges of brownies. Cut into 2x2 inch squares (total of 24 squares). 2. Place frosting in a pastry bag with a round decorating tip. Pipe 1 tablespoon frosting on a brownie square and top with another brownie square. Pipe 1 teaspoon frosting on top and place a cashew in the frosting. Repeat 11 times. 3. Greek pasta Salad TOTAL: 25 MIN - 10-12 SERVINGS 1 tsp. dried oregano ½ cup Schnucks Italian dressing 16 oz. Orzo pasta, cooked al dente, then rinsed with cold water until pasta is cooled 1 small red onion, diced 15 oz. can Schnucks garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained ½ cup Schnucks Kalamata olives, halved lengthwise ½ cup artichoke hearts, roughly chopped ½ cup pickled Schnucks banana pepper rings (optional) ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled (plus extra for garnish, if desired) ¼ cup Schnucks sun-dried tomatoes, finely diced salt and pepper, to taste 1. Mix oregano with Italian dressing and set aside. Cook Orzo pasta according to package directions. 2. Combine remaining ingredients except for salt and pepper in a large bowl.
