We’re delighted to introduce our new line of custom upholstered furniture, made in collaboration with one of North Carolina’s finest upholstered furniture manufacturers. Made with superior craftsmanship and sustainability in mind, we developed this collection of showstopping pieces* that will help you tell your unique décor story. Features & Construction • All pieces are crafted by hand, from framing to cushion sewing and applying trims, in the United States, using almost 100% U.S.-made materials. • Our furniture is manufactured to precise specifications for height, pitch, and seat depth for maximum comfort. • Our frames are made of real hardwoods and hardwood laminates with mortise and tenon joinery for durability. All wood frames are kiln dried to remove the moisture that can cause warping and swelling. • Steel coil springs are 8-way hand-tied—tied with 8 points of connection to the coils around them and the base—for even suspension, stability, and long-lasting comfort. • Furniture legs are corner blocked into the frames, rather than screwed on. • We use only water-based glues and finishes, and avoid harmful chemicals. No CFCs or VOCs! • All slipcovered pieces have high-quality, durable cotton twill fabric underneath the custom upholstery, rather than tear-prone muslin. • Our chairs and sofas feature Lee’s exclusive Cloud 9 seating package, which creates the ultimate relaxation experience. We start with a coil spring core, and surround it with 80% regenerated poly. This is inserted in an envelope of premium feathers and down, and sewn into a 50% cotton and 50% poly case for maximum plushness and kick-back-and-relax comfort. Back cushions are a blend of down and feathers. • Armrest padding material is a combination of recycled fiber, soybased flame retardant–free foam, and synthetic batting. • Leather furniture is crafted from top-grain hide that has been aniline dyed with soluble pigments, rather than painted. This preserves the hide’s natural surface and distinctive characteristics, such as visible pores, minor scars, natural wrinkles, bite or scrape marks, and color variations, all of which are considered part of the material’s charm. • Because fabrics and leathers received at different times can and do have dye-lot variations, we strongly recommend that you order matching pieces at the same time. Dye matching cannot be guaranteed in pieces from different dye lots.

Care • Slipcovers: Dry clean only. • Fabric upholstery: Vacuum regularly with a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris. Blot minor spills with a clean, dry cloth, then rub gently with a small amount of distilled water on a clean white cloth. For older, set-in, or stubborn stains, professional cleaning is recommended. • Leather upholstery: Wipe occasionally with a clean, dry cloth to prevent dust buildup. Blot spills promptly with a clean cloth. More difficult stains can often be treated by dampening a clean cloth with distilled water and blotting; always test this method on an inconspicuous area first, and allow the leather to dry naturally. • The down filling in chairs and sofas will compact with repeated use. To restore them to their original plumpness, flip and rotate seat and back cushions from side to side, and fluff back pillows occasionally, just like a sleeping pillow. • Store your furniture in climate-controlled rooms only; avoid excess humidity. And avoid direct sunlight and heat; this will ensure that your fabric looks new for years to come. *Custom upholstered furniture is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Our Warranty We offer a comprehensive warranty on all of our furniture. Frame and springs are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for life; and, cushions, beds, mattresses, and motion mechanisms are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for seven (7) years based on the following: •

Warranty applies to original owner Warranty applies to normal residential use. Defects resulting from negligence or abuse, and items used in a commercial or business setting are not covered. Warranty applies to furniture in the original upholstered cover

Upholstery fabrics, including slipcovers, are warranted for one year (1) against seam slippage, fraying, or dye transfer when the cleaning instructions provided are followed. Wearing, wrinkling, fading, and pilling are not covered. After purchase application of a soil-resistant treatment negates the fabric warranty. In order to request service under our warranty, all claims must be submitted through our Customer Service department.
