Mott’s Clamato Brand Ambassador Position Overview The individual we are seeking will promote and represent the Mott’s Clamato brand, educate bartenders and be responsible for new Caesar recipe development in addition to becoming the face of the brand to consumers, sales, customers, press and media. Based in Toronto, the role will also involve work in other parts of Canada. Qualifications: • Extensive bartending and/or industry experience (3-‐5 years minimum) • Outstanding communication and presentation skills • Energetic, out-‐going, sociable personality • Positive “can do” attitude • Good team player • Flexible • Creative • Reliable and hard working • Entrepreneurial • Comfortable speaking with media and in front of large groups • Must have a valid drivers license with a clean record and access to a vehicle (travel required) • Must be fluent in English (ability to speak French is a bonus) Education and Experience: • Experience in the beverage alcohol industry and/or service industry, including provincial liquor and promotional laws • Marketing, sales and/or events experience • Smart Serve Certified • Sales experience an asset • Post secondary education The Brand Ambassador will work on a contract basis for a period of 12 months and will report to the Brand Marketing Team including partner agencies. As a representative of the Brand and Canada Dry Mott’s, the selected Ambassador is expected to conduct him or herself in a professional and socially responsible manner at all times. Responsibilities: •
Promote the brand at consumer marketing events -‐ serve as host, brand expert, educator and media contact

Engage with influential lifestyle media: represent the brand to trade/lifestyle press when/where appropriate opportunities arrive
•
In co-‐operation with promo agency and PR, highlight and promote Caesar activities to relevant media and consumers
•
Build relationships and development plans for each target outlet including consumer and trade promotions, bar staff education, brand visibility, etc.
•
Increase knowledge and awareness of the Caesar to the bartending community and consumers with the goal of increasing sales
•
Identify and implement opportunities to increase the Caesar’s visibility and success by seeking relevant opportunities for brand development – trade associations, events, etc.
•
Provide promotional and educational support to the sales force on an ad hoc basis
•
Assist brand team with special marketing projects and trial of new brand initiatives
•
New recipe development
•
Exclusively promote Caesars at all times: recruit and convert target consumers to the brand through trial
•
Evaluate and report successes and challenges: become an authority on market dynamics providing insight from learnings
•
Actively contribute to social media through regular Facebook and Twitter updates
•
Other responsibilities as required.
