What if VR took over the society ? A presupposition in the future, resulting in an architectural design that functions as a rehabilitation clinic to restore the perception of reality for VR users. Main function of this rehabilitation clinic is to restore their movement in the real world. Unites them with a physical touch, which has been replaced by a digital visualization of life for a long time. IDC (International Data Corporation) estimates that the AR and VR headset market as a whole will grow to 8.9 million units in 2018, up 6% from the previous year. That growth will continue throughout the forecast period, reaching 65.9 million units by 2025.

The beam and column dimensions are 400mm x 200mm with a thickness of 20mm and 80mm. The steel structures choosen because of its durability and it has smaller dimensions. Also the installation which is relatively easier.
The floating ramp structure is supported with its vertical truss structure.
Ramp with wood that can provide feedback when the user step on it.
Steel cylinder with dimensions of 400mm which is supported by a truss system horizontally
7
Openness The openness of the building maximizes the feedback effect received by the user. This feedback effect is in the form of an activity that can be seen when the user walks around the building (Feedback Vision) is not only an activity, openness also conveys other feedback elements such as the sound of water and wind gusts to convey it directly to the user.

This open office will later have one main circulation and there will be no partitions between employees desk. In general, the office has several rooms that must be met, such as the service area, manager's room, meeting room, employee area, and reception.
Dwelling The house has several criteria that must be met, one of which is a service area that has direct circulation to the outside. This makes it easier for users to access their daily activities. This house has also complied with the applicable design regulations in Surabaya.

issue Where is the artist of tunjungan now? their activity are often seen by people as a negative things to do. Street art itself is an intangible heritage from the tunjungan area. If the heritage is lost so society will lost the identity of the community.
Concept A new canvas to spill out creativity of society in Surabaya, building extend from the exsisting building, but still maintain the integrity and the heritage value of the existing building.
Goals The goals of these concepts are to keep the Intangible heritage of the site, such as; vandalism and musical performances, to stay exist in this area. issue Along with the urban sprawl that occurs in the Mulyosari area, more and more residents have opened their own businesses around Mulyosari main street. People usually sell goodies or food right on the side of the road to attract buyers. A new problem then arose in the Mulyosari area, with the number of street food vendors growing up, the vehicles that arrive to buy and parking at the side of the road getting denser. Coupled with the scorching heat with the lack of green open space in the Mulyosari area, making Mulyosari environment very unfriendly to its residents.
Concept Open a cetral food vendor and goodies. Gather the traders to join in an area that is also provided with a large parking area. This project is expected to be a catalyst in shaping the new face of the Mulyosari. This concept then combined by personal space approach

Design Designed to resemble a public dining area, which is given several room devider, the structure itself doesn't use the usual form of beam and columns, but its in the form of a concrete slab that resembles a room devider. This tends to give an impression of boundaries between spaces, even though there are no actual boundaries, thus creating a more spacious atmosphere. . In the roof sector, the design is curved to increase the catching of the wind from the roof, which is then flowed downward. Making buildings more environmentally friendly. For the garden, the front area is a public park that can be accessed by anyone. thus providing new green open space for Mulyosari residents.

One of the ways taken in designing a prison with a high level of security is by increasing the openness in the corner of the building. Precast concrete was chosen because it has strong resistance, and is also can be arranged with steel rods which strengthen the integration of the material. The visual connection is still present and also the material is more durable. Dak beton

Concept Always feeling in the top and in power, is a basic trait of corruptors. The way to suppress this behavior is to encourage corruptors to join the community. The people here are non-corrupt convicts.
The number of corruptor who will be in this prison will be less than the general convicts.
They are united in several daily activities in prison
With this direct feedback from the public, it is hoped that the corruptor will understand the lives that people experience as time goes on.
The loss of intention to do corruption slowly will decline
