1. Pediatric Hospital
About The project focuses on designing efficient 50 beded pediatric hospital. The design aims to enhance the wellbeing of young patients and their mothers through the inclusion of both functional and visual elements .
Location: Vikaspuri, Hastal, New Delhi Site Area: 8432 sq.m. FAR: 2

Brief To design a 50 beded pediatric hospital in Hastal, New Delhi.
Concept The design objective was to connect all the stakehlders of the project to nature . The open-to-sky courtyard brings in abundant daylight whilst creating vibrant positive distractions for the patients, staff and caregivers. The large volumes of the landscaped atrium yield a warm, inviting environment for patients that stimulates healing and comfort.

About The Housing spans across 8 towers, each proposed 25 floors high, offering you a over 700 spaciously planned luxury apartments that come in the ideal size and budget to fit your needs. Choose from 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4BHK apartments, each lavished with luxury aesthetic, state-of-the art architecture and craftsmanship, bespoke amenities and comforts, amidst the tranquillity and beauty of nature’s most sublime, pristine settings. Location: Karkardooma, New Delhi Site Area: 40,000 sq.m. (~10 Acres) Built Up Area: 80,000 sq.m.

Brief To design a high rise group housing for mixed income user groups in Karkardooma, New Delhi
Concept The site lacks good external views thus the focus is to create internal views by providing hierarchy of green and open spaces.

4 & 3 BHK Tower This tower has 48 4bhk units and 50 3bhk units, The 4bhk sizes 160 sq.m. and 3bhk 131sq.m. 2 of each on all 25 floors exept at ground to accomodate enterance lobby.
3 BHK Tower This tower has purely 3bhk units, The unit sizes 131sq.m. 4 units on all 25 floors exept at ground to accomodate enterance lobby.

2 BHK Tower This tower has purely 2bhk units, The unit sizes 84 sq.m. 4 units on all 25 floors exept at ground to accomodate enterance lobby.
EWS Tower This tower has 20 studio apartments on each floor. The studio sizes 40 sq.m.. The tower goes up to 15 floors thus providing lifts for easy vertical circulation.
