Our heritage starts soon after the launch of the BBC transmitting from Alexandra Palace almost 80 years ago where there was a clear need for quality aerials for the new radio service. With constant development over the years in the broadcast industry, we have continued to serve the television reception and distribution ANTIFERENCE industry where our customers have relied on 2017 Antiference to be at the forefront of the latest technology. It was ironic that our brand name ‘Anti-ference’ was first developed out of the need for an aerial that received a signal which prevented interference. Today, our original ethos still stands firm where we are dedicated to delivering the finest quality signals for television and radio broadcasts. With ever increasing demands and interferences from other emerging digital transmissions, we have developed a wide range of aerials that can easily accommodate these new challenges.

With the massive growth in the leisure, hospitality and commercial markets, more and more hotels are demanding the availability of television and radio in all their guest rooms. This in turn creates the increasing need for consistent quality signal distribution into more rooms over longer distances, as well as the need for personalising the hotel’s identity to the guests at point of delivery. Fortunately, our technologists at Antiference HQ have developed the necessary solutions to overcome this challenge. You may have seen our recent advertising campaign where we have been promoting our exciting new distribution ranges. Antiference has the latest advances in HDMI with products for larger distribution installations, the new Neo range of Matrix is HDCP 2.2 and an 8x8 version is available for even larger installations. Our larger scheme DVBT HD modulators have quad versions in wall mount or 19” rack mount whilst the latest model features versatile twin input. With all these modern developments, you can be assured that Antiference are committed to HD distribution solutions.

With the growing popularity of a new generation of large flat screen television sets, so is the demand for creative ways to mount them up and out of the way onto walls. To accommodate the variety of television set sizes from small to very large,VESA standards have been developed to help standardise fixings. We have also included in our specifications weight bearing and adjustability guides. Our existing Mountsure range already offers a variety of ways to display television sets in various permutations from fixed to adjustable to accommodate customers demands. The 8 way Power Distribution Unit (PDU) allows the user to control, re-boot or turn off any connected source device via the web interface using the Antiference Trucolour Neo 4x4MPRO. This innovative UHD HDBaseT Matrix is at the forefront of ultra HD video distribution and with full HDCP2.2 support and HDMI-CEC, controlling several connected devices is effortless. Source switching control is automatically enabled using just the original tv remote and when connected, the system will allow voice control using the new Amazon Echo ‘Alexa’* (not included). Control is also possible using a ‘virtual remote control’ with an intuitive web interface that can be accessed from any computer or mobile device. The Trucolour® HDBase-T matrix features HDMI inputs and HDBase-T Lite outputs and is supplied complete with POE receivers & IR accessories. HDBase-T offers the transfer of uncompressed HD quality audio and video over a single CAT5e/6 cable network up to 70m (HDBase-T lite). The Trucolour® features seamless switching control of your source selection with your TV’s original remote control via our innovative HDMI-CEC to IR conversion technology. Also included is full programming control via a local network allowing inputs and outputs to be configured to suit the clients needs. In addition the Trucolour® features an on-board cloud based monitoring system (Trucloud™) for up to date fault diagnosis and remote maintenance. New software releases are made available via the Trucloud™ to the matrix. These updates can be scheduled so they are transparent to the end user via intelligent sensing of usage patterns or at predefined times. ®
