MVRDV - QUEYRIES Rotterdam, Netherlands, 2014-2015
Studio: MVRDV Duration: 6 months Project: Design principles + Feasability phase + APS (Preliminary Design). Project in Bordeaux, France. Queyries is a pilote project in ZAC Bastide Niel. It’s an housing project of 32000m². The basic concept is to bring the natural light into the buildings during all the year. For this, we cut the building at 45° and at 22° to the South. During the faisability phase, we made the program in this volume. Finally, we managed to keep all the 32000m² with some little modifications on the volume.

Studio: CBA Duration: 2 months Project: Project in Paris 19, France Status: final phase Réinventer Paris is a big competition in the center of Paris divided in 22 sites. Our site «Triangle Eole Evangile» was in the North-Est of Paris. It’s a mixed use program of 40000m2 organised beetween rails and two boulevards. Our team was qualified for the final phase. This urban project is divided in five areas, each with a singular concept. I show two of them, Liaison Est-Ouest and Secteur Blériot. There is 800000 m² SDP. Mass plan Zac Ardoines. EUROPAN 12 - EVENEMENTS Paris, 2013.
Duration: 3 months Competition: Site in Vichy Val d’Allier, France. The site of nearly 130ha is located on the west bank of the Allier, to 3 km to the town of Vichy. The unit of this former industrial site is far from obvious. Industrial buildings, of low architectural quality that can easely be converted back, are grouped into two units. A network system connects several programatics elements. Through the courses we offer and the sequences that we create, the project is similar to a film whose story will change depending on the activities taking place on the site project.

The Bella Chandelier is a lighting project in the lobby of the Bella Sky, a hotel in Orestad, a new and rapidly growing area of Copenhagen. We created a light fixture in continuous movement like the unbalanced structure of the two towers.
