SPECIFICATION External Structure • The building is of traditional redbrick construction, fully refurbished and converted to current Building Standards. • In keeping with the industrial heritage of the building, the roof is constructed of insulated steel from TATA Steel. • Rainwater pipes will be square and made of aluminum and powder coated in a grey finish to match the window surrounds.

HOW TO GET THERE Juniper Water is situated just off the A70 and is only minutes from the Edinburgh City Bypass/A720.
