Town Holds 14th Annual Valentine’s Day Marriage Vow Renewal Ceremony

North Hempstead Town Clerk Ragini Srivastava, Town Supervisor Jennifer DeSena and the Town Board are proud to announce the return of the popular Valentine’s Day Marriage Vow Renewal ceremony. Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Harbor Links Golf Course in Port Washington.

A lunch and champagne toast will be served following the ceremony at a cost of $18 per person. Due to overwhelming demand and limited seating, you must reserve a place in advance. For more information, please call 311.

North Hempstead Town Supervisor Jennifer DeSena, Council Member Peter Zuckerman and Council Member Veronica Lurvey celebrated Geraldine Goldner’s 103rd birthday on Jan. 17. Surrounded by friends and family, Ms. Goldner celebrated the momentous occasion at the Atria in Roslyn. She became a North Hempstead resident in 1955 when she moved to her first home in Westbury. Geraldine has two daughters, four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. She moved to the Atria in Roslyn in 2018 and is still actively involved in social games and lunch with friends. She is part of the “Welcoming Ambassadors” to the community and active in exercise classes, opera lectures, and social events.
