Ordering title, mortgage payoffs as well as any other documents to clear title. Schedule closings with all relevant parties. Prepare initial draft of closing statement including updated taxes. Communicate with client on all phases of the transaction to ensure a smooth closing. Prepare and process Medicaid applications and Pool Trust applications.
