November Recipe
Butternut Squash Tart (for 6)
Ingredients:
1lb butternut squash, thinly sliced ; 2 tbsp butter, melted; 2tbs sugar, 8o all-butter puff pastry, 4o cream cheese, a pinch of ground cinnamon, 2tbs apricot jam, melted; 2tbs of chopped pecan nuts How to Do It

Preheat the oven, butter a baking tray. Brush the squash with some butter and sprinkle with half the sugar. Roast till soften and let to cool. Roll out the pastry to line a baking tray. Prick the pastry and refrigerate for 5min. Then bake for at least 30min, till it is golden and crisp. Let cool. Blend the cheese with the cinnamon and remaining sugar, spread over the pastry. Arrange the squash and sprinkle with the pecans.
