Where is October Serif born from?
October Serif was elaborated from Archer Book. The process took a long time and the final result arrived only after many steps. The name "October" reflects the idea of making this font eerie with "fang"−shaped serifs recalling to Halloween and the many stories about vampires.

October Serif was brought to life
during the WUP semester 2018/2019
and it is made with thicker strokes of Archer Book and with an inclination of 40°, editing all serifs of Archer Book by making some of them fang−shaped and others just more curvy than the original ones.
